The Privacy Policy defines the method of obtaining, processing and securing personal data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended) and the Act on providing electronic services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
The owner of the website noaclinic.pl and the administrator of personal data is Noa Clinic – usługi medyczne sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wroclaw, Legnicka 56 street, 54-204 Wrocław, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, VI Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000348478, REGON 021184334, NIP 8942993092, represented by Ewa Kalecińska – vice president, hereinafter referred to as Noa Clinic.
Personal data
Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user. Personal data is obtained when filling out the contact form and other elements serving this purpose. They are used only to process the query. The content of the website can be viewed without providing any personal data.
Everyone who has shared their personal data has the right to:

The data is disclosed to external entities only within the limits permitted by law. The administrator may be required to provide information collected by the Website to authorized bodies on the basis of lawful requests to the extent resulting from the request.
Contact Forms
The administrator provides the opportunity to contact using contact forms on the website. Using the form requires providing personal data necessary for contact and answering the query. The User may also provide other data in order to facilitate contact or handle the query. Providing data marked as mandatory is required in order to receive and service the query, and failure to do so results in the inability to service. Providing other data is voluntary.
Final Provisions
The administrator has the right to amend this Privacy Policy. Persons providing their personal data are subject to the currently applicable version of the Privacy Policy, available at noaclinic.com.pl/polityka-prywatnosci.
In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
