Gynecomastia in Wroclaw

Gynecomastia is a defect named also as a gain man’s nipple. It rise because of gain fibrous tissue, fatty tissue or breast tissue. Gynecomastia can lead to many health problems, like pain because of swelling. The reasons of gynecomastia are obesity, hyperthyroidism or medicines. Liposuction is a treatment method.

Preparation for surgery

Liposuction is a treatment that needs multistage preparation. First step is a interview with patient reviewed by a doctor. Doctor also decides if a patient with gynecomastia can be qualify to the treatment and gives every informations about medical contraindications and recommendations. If doctor’s opinion is good, patient going to have a preliminary test. Next, gynecomastia will be removed by infrasonic liposuction in general anaesthesia. Treatment usually takes two hours. After that patient have to stay in our clinic for 24 hours.

Effects of the surgery

Recovery can take one or two weeks. In this time patient have to come to medical inspections and change the dressing. In our clinic we use infrasonic liposuction so we minimize bruisings, oedemas and haematomas. The first changes in body shape are noticeable after treatment because of removed a fat. The final effect of the treatment is visible after absorbed oedema.
